Overview

How You’ll Make an Impact
As a Sales Enablement Manager, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our Sales teams have the skills, resources, and support they need to succeed. Acting as a link between global strategy and product rollouts and local execution, you’ll help build, adapt, and implement programs and materials that deliver real impact across the region. This role strives to accelerate and standardise learning and development for new hires and existing teams. This is a hybrid role based in London (2/3 days per week in office).

What You’ll Achieve

  • Take ownership of our international enablement strategy, developing or adjusting custom enablement content in collaboration with global and regional teams to assist sales and business priorities.
  • Setup a structured, formal and scalable learning and development framework for new hires and existing teams.
  • Recommending, developing, and implementing tailored enablement solutions to address identified gaps, ensuring strategies align with specific regional needs.
  • Connect our technical and commercial teams, translating Epsilon products, solutions and technology into compelling, customer-facing narratives to elevate our GTM.
  • Empower our Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams with the tools they need to drive growth and deepen customer engagement.
  • Ensure consistency of GTM across all products for all teams with playbooks, talk tracks, case studies, etc. Coordinate internal training sessions, webinars, and role-playing exercises to strengthen the sales team’s ability to engage customers.

Who You Are

  • What you’ll bring with you:
    • Good knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem: RTB/programmatic, retail media, identity, and measurement
    • Ability to explain or translate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences; excellent communication skills both written and verbal
    • Highly organised and great at handling time across many competing priorities and project managing across different teams who have their own competing priorities
    • Being intentional and creative about how enablement is delivered
    • Not defaulting to a recurring meeting with a large group of people but thinking carefully about what the best way for different groups to learn is
    • Shown success in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Why you might stand out from other talent:
    • Experience with RMNs, agencies, publishers, or MarTech platforms
    • Knowledge of data clean rooms, privacy regulations, and identity resolution
    • An understanding of and passion for being across the latest industry trends and challenges, identifying gaps or opportunities
    • Creativity or background in branding or marketing
    • Ability to think creatively and use innovative approaches and tools to elevate enablement strategies.
