Job Description:

Purpose of Position

The Senior Sales Enablement Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing sales training programs for NetJets Europe, collaborating with the NJE Organization Development team to ensure alignment. Working with the Director of Commercial, Global Sales, and Marketing teams, as well as NJE Organizational Development, this role investigates sales processes and designs practical courses to equip the sales team with necessary tools and knowledge, refining their skills to excel in their roles.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  1. Work with Sales Management and stakeholders to define training curricula for each sales role to meet and exceed targets.
  2. Identify and analyze knowledge and skills gaps to improve performance.
  3. Develop and maintain best-practice sales training curricula, including refresher courses.
  4. Collaborate with global enablement teams to develop and execute cross-departmental initiatives.
  5. Develop train-the-trainer programs to ensure high-quality training delivery.
  6. Coach sales managers to strengthen their teams.
  7. Develop onboarding programs for new hires to accelerate their growth.
  8. Deliver ongoing training using diverse media channels and prepare training materials.
  9. Manage the sales training budget effectively to maximize ROI.
  10. Ensure information provided to the sales team is clear and well-presented.
  11. Become a credible expert in sales topics to influence and motivate the team.
  12. Provide daily support to the sales team to ensure consistency across regions.
  13. Support broader sales training requirements within NetJets Europe.
  14. Measure training effectiveness and implement continuous improvements.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Management or Marketing.

Certifications and Licenses

Relevant certifications preferred.
