Job summary

PwC UK is expanding its Oracle HCM team and seeks experienced Oracle Recruiting Cloud consultants to lead recruitment transformations for clients. You will drive workstreams through discovery, design, build, testing and deployment, shaping process improvements and delivering measurable business value.

You will work with HR, Talent Acquisition and Technology teams, coaching colleagues, supporting presales, and ensuring quality outcomes across projects.

Qualifications

• Full lifecycle experience with Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
• Significant Oracle Recruiting Cloud experience.
• Presales and proposal development experience.
• Requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis.
• Solution design and functional configuration.
• Workshop leadership and client workshops.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Recruiting Cloud workstreams from discovery to deployment.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across HR, Talent Acquisition and Technology.
• Coach junior team members and support development opportunities.
• Contribute to presales activities, proposals and bids.
• Review work for quality, accuracy and relevance.
• Support client workshops on process transformation.

What Your Days Will Look Like

• Working as part of our Workforce Transformation team of curious and collaborative problem solvers, helping clients solve complex talent acquisition and workforce transformation challenges.
• Leading Oracle Recruiting Cloud workstreams from discovery through design, build, testing and deployment.
• Bringing order to unstructured problems and delivering tangible value to clients.
• Leading client workshops focused on recruitment process transformation and Oracle Recruiting Cloud best practice.
• Managing stakeholder relationships across HR, Talent Acquisition and Technology teams.
• Reviewing your own work and that of others for quality, accuracy and relevance.
• Delegating tasks, coaching junior team members and creating development opportunities across project teams.
• Supporting presales activities, proposals and client pursuits.
• Leading or contributing to collaborative and diverse teams and helping to maintain an inclusive and high-performing culture.
• Using feedback and reflection to develop yourself and those around you.

This role is for you if

• Eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance (SC) and NATO clearance.
• Full lifecycle experience of at least two Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
