Job summary

PwC UK is seeking experienced Oracle Recruiting Cloud consultants to join our Oracle HCM practice. You will contribute to advisory, implementation and transformation programmes, guiding clients through recruitment and talent acquisition transformations.

Ideal candidates have full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM experience, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver fit-gap analyses, configurations and post go-live support across diverse client environments.

Qualifications

• Eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance (SC) and NATO clearance.
• Full lifecycle experience of at least one Oracle Cloud HCM implementation.
• Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
• Knowledge of Candidate Experience, Career Site Configuration, Recruiting Journeys, Offer Management and Security.

• Working as part of a diverse team solving complex business issues from strategy to execution.
• Supporting clients in transforming recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
• Conducting requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis workshops.
