Job description

Are you an experienced IT leader with a passion for infrastructure, cyber security and service excellence? We are seeking a Manager of Infrastructure, Security & Network Technologies to lead the delivery and continuous improvement of our critical technology services across the University. Reporting to the Director of IT and Information Systems, you will play a key role in shaping strategy, driving innovation and ensuring a secure, resilient and high-performing IT environment.

In this role, you will lead specialist teams responsible for infrastructure, networks and security services, including data centre operations, Wi-Fi, firewalls, storage platforms, endpoint security and SOC services. You will champion Agile and ITIL best practices, manage major incidents, oversee budgets and supplier relationships, and inspire a team to deliver exceptional services that support teaching, learning and research.
