Job summary

Carnival UK is seeking a Senior Manager, Integration Platform Delivery to drive the end-to-end delivery of integration capabilities across DTO domains. You will lead embedded product teams and coordinate with product, platform, data, engineering and business units to deliver measurable value.

This role offers hybrid work with up to two days from home and a permanent, full-time position, reporting into senior technology leadership.

• Strong integration and platform expertise with delivery management and commercial awareness.

Carnival UK is in search of a Senior Manager, Integration Platform Delivery, who is crucial in supporting our technological direction and nurturing a high-performing team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Own the end-to-end delivery of integration capabilities and connected products across DTO domains, ensuring teams deliver agreed business outcomes and measurable value.
• Translate business priorities into a clear integration delivery plan, balancing new capabilities with platform resilience and technical debt reduction.
• Lead and develop embedded, cross-functional product teams with the technical and delivery expertise needed to deliver at pace.
• Coordinate product and shared service teams, strategic vendors and partners, proactively managing dependencies and resolving cross-team issues.

Positioned within our internal structure from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President), this role is classified as a CUK06, offered as a full-time position, on a permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
