The Opportunity

Specialty and General Insurance marketplaces are undergoing an exciting, complex, and fast-moving transformation. Incumbent and new market participants are responding to emerging technologies, market cycle volatility, modernization, and evolving regulatory requirements to gain a competitive edge.

Our Insurance Business Transformation team plays a central role in this modernization, helping clients optimize their businesses, drive growth, realize efficiencies, and enhance customer journeys. Responsibilities include redesigning operating models, improving processes, and implementing data and technology-driven solutions, guiding clients through their transformation programs.

Your key responsibilities

As a Manager, you will lead delivery teams in designing and executing strategic and operational initiatives. You will manage large-scale projects, engage with senior client stakeholders, oversee team development, manage risks, and ensure deliverables. Additionally, you will support business development and mentor junior colleagues.

Qualifications
  • Experience in insurance consulting or driving transformation initiatives within Specialty and/or General Insurance
  • Understanding of market trends and business challenges affecting insurers, reinsurers, brokers, and other participants
  • Proven track record in managing project delivery and producing high-quality outputs under tight deadlines
  • Ability to lead teams and develop junior staff
  • Experience supporting change initiatives through the full project lifecycle: discovery, requirements, design, and implementation
  • Experience with target operating models, process re-engineering, cost transformation, regulatory change, strategy, or technology transformation
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and relationship-building abilities
  • Team-oriented attitude, supportive and knowledge-sharing
  • Experience in specific insurance functional areas (e.g., Underwriting, Claims, Actuarial) is beneficial but not essential
  • Commitment to DE&I and social purpose-driven change
