The Manager Human Resources for Leica Biosystems is a strategic business partner, driving HR initiatives aligned with business objectives to foster growth across Europe North. This role supports recruitment, engagement, development, and retention efforts, acting as a consultant to management on HR issues and championing associate growth. The HR Manager acts as a change agent, promoting an engaged and inclusive culture.
This position is part of the EMEA HR Team and is remote. You will report to the HR Director EMEA. Candidates near Amsterdam (NL) or Milton Keynes (UK) are preferred for onsite flexibility.
