The Manager Human Resources for Leica Biosystems is a strategic business partner, driving HR strategies that align with business objectives and foster growth across Europe North. This role supports recruitment, engagement, development, and retention efforts to meet business needs and strategic plans. The HR Manager acts as a consultant to management on HR-related issues and champions the growth and development of associates. The role also involves acting as a change agent to promote an engaged and inclusive culture.
This position is part of the EMEA HR Team and will be remote. You will report to the HR Director EMEA. Preference will be given to candidates near our locations in Amsterdam (NL) or Milton Keynes (UK), with flexibility for onsite work.
