In the Finance Transformation team, we improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the finance function and generate real insights to help deliver value to the business. Our mission statement is to help our clients create and evolve a digitally enabled, human centric, and integrated finance function.
Our Financial Transformation practice is a priority area for significant and strategic growth. We work with leading corporate clients, focusing on understanding the core issues and opportunities to deliver value-adding change across their finance functions. The key drivers of change for our clients are: technology implementations, an ambition to be more efficient and effective, and a desire to progress along the maturity curve.
We are a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, working together with technology focussed professionals to deliver KPMG Powered Enterprise though a standardised delivery model, which drives professional delivery to clients.
Roles & Responsibilities
The role will sit within our Finance Transformation team which brings together consulting professionals with a background in implementing change in finance functions for large corporate clients. The team works with clients to improve the operating efficiency and effectiveness of their finance functions, often with improvements to their underlying technology solutions. We aim to take out clients' finance functions beyond being "score keepers" and instead positioning finance as the "co-pilot" to the business, at the centre of driving growth and decision making.
Applicants should have prior experience in a large corporate, as well as in-depth knowledge of finance processes and technology. They should also be able to demonstrate the ability to carry out the following activities:
