Join to apply for the Commercial Finance Manager role at LSL Property Services plc.

e.surv Chartered Surveyors are recruiting a Commercial Finance Manager to partner with our Business Development and Consumer Directors. You will leverage your expertise in market analysis, revenue, customer, and profitability trends.

This is a home working role with occasional travel to our Kettering Head Office.

Accountabilities Include

1. Reporting
   • Design and lead revenue performance reporting, KPIs, insights, and discussions on implications and next steps.
   • Manage analysts in revenue reporting and KPIs.
   • Support business reporting needs such as QBRs, FD calls, and performance reviews with senior leadership.
2. Business Partnering
   • Partner with Sales and Marketing leaders to identify issues, trends, and optimize business performance.
   • Support commercial tenders with dynamic pricing and margin modelling.
3. Strategic Optimisation
   • Maintain external market insights and model trends' impact on revenue.
   • Deliver scenario planning for strategic decisions and business cases.
   • Support new initiatives with financial analysis and alignment.
4. Planning Cycle
   • Create robust revenue plans aligned with strategy.
   • Own the annual budget and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
   • Present plans with compelling narratives and visuals.
5. Minimum Requirements
   • Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with FP&A or Commercial Finance experience.
   • Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset.
   • Proven experience in creating and presenting financial plans and forecasts.
   • Excellent financial modelling and scenario planning skills.
