Job Description
As Compliance Manager, you will lead in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures, reviewing and improving existing policies. You will manage audit compliance reviews and conduct training to educate the team on compliance matters, monitor CPD, and ensure the team stays updated. There is scope to develop a key position within this growing office and to progress your career.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will be ACA, ACCA, ATT, or CTA qualified, with experience in accountancy practice. Alternatively, you may have a client delivery background as a Client Manager overseeing accounts, tax services, and other client services for limited companies, SMEs, OMBs, sole traders, or partnerships. What's on Offer
Salary circa £36,000 - £48,000 plus benefits, negotiable based on experience and background.
