Job Description
As Compliance Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures, reviewing and enhancing existing policies. You will manage audit compliance reviews and conduct training to educate the team on compliance matters, monitor CPD, and ensure staff are up-to-date. There is significant scope to establish a key position within this expanding office and to advance your career.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will be ACA, ACCA, ATT, or CTA qualified, with experience in an accountancy practice. Candidates with a client delivery background, such as a Client Manager overseeing accounts, tax, and other services for a diverse client base, are also suitable. Motivated individuals seeking a more analytical, detail-oriented, internal role focusing on compliance procedures, training, and development will thrive. What's on Offer
Salary circa £36,000 - £48,000 plus benefits, negotiable based on experience and background.
