We’re looking for someone with proven expertise and demonstratable experience in App Store Optimisation (ASO), alongside experience delivering measurable improvements in web-to-app conversion or similar optimisation initiatives. You’ll also bring knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimisation to the role. You'll have strong analytical skills, with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, AppTweak or similar platforms to identify trends and opportunities, and a track record of improving app store performance through keyword optimisation, creative testing, ratings and reviews. You'll be confident working independently, setting priorities and influencing stakeholders across Product, UX, SEO, Content and Marketing, with excellent communication skills and a proactive, commercially minded approach.
