Job summary

Max Spielmann, part of the Timpson Group, is seeking a Branch Manager in Queensferry to lead daily store operations and oversee photo printing, canvas and frame production, and personalised photo gifts while delivering exceptional customer service. You will manage staff, ensure high service standards, and contribute to a thriving high-street experience.

We provide full training from day one and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• Provide photo printing, canvas and frame production, and personalised photo gifts.
• Deliver high-quality portrait services and basic Photoshop editing.

• Assist customers with memory preservation services.
• Follow training and contribute to store goals.

Hours

40 hours over 5 days including weekends with some overtime available when trained.

Pay

Starting at £26,520 per annum increasing to £26,894 per annum following a successful trial period.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of our team, you'll help customers preserve their most treasured memories through a range of photographic and personalised services, including:

• Photo Printing
• Canvas & Frame Production
• Personalised Photo Gifts
• Portrait Services
• Basic Photoshop & Image Editing

You’ll use your initiative, creativity, and excellent customer service skills to deliver exceptional experiences that keep customers coming back.
