Max Spielmann (Part of Timpson Group) is hiring a Store Manager for Whitehaven, UK. You will lead a busy high street branch, deliver excellent customer service, manage staff, and ensure smooth daily operations across photo printing, canvas, frames and personalised gifts.

40 hours over 5 days including weekends with some overtime during training. Full training provided and opportunities for progression within the Timpson Group.

Responsibilities

• Lead a busy high street store and drive exceptional customer service.
• Oversee photo printing, canvas & frame production, personalised photo gifts, and portrait services.
• Perform basic Photoshop & image editing as part of service delivery.
• Ensure smooth daily operations and staff scheduling across Whitehaven and surrounding areas.

Hours

40 hours over 5 days including weekends with some overtime available when trained.

Pay

Starting at £26,520 per annum increasing to £26,894 per annum following a successful trial period.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of our team, you'll help customers preserve their most treasured memories through a range of photographic and personalised services, including:

• Photo Printing
• Canvas & Frame Production
• Personalised Photo Gifts
• Portrait Services
• Basic Photoshop & Image Editing

You’ll use your initiative, creativity, and excellent customer service skills to deliver exceptional experiences that keep customers coming back.

Depending on the role, you’ll operate branches across Whitehaven and the surrounding areas, giving you variety and the opportunity to meet new people every day.
