Job Summary
- Provide direct administrative support to the Management teams.
- Support the organisation of commercial events and attendance at conferences.
- Assist in organising other external and internal events as required.
- Represent dnata at events.
- Liaise with Councils and various stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
- Support Management teams with daily tasks and research as directed.
- Assist with travel arrangements for meetings, events, and conferences, including flights, hotels, transport, and bookings for both domestic and international travel.
- Organise entertainment and catering for customer and Operations staff events, including sourcing prices, supplies, and managing delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date records, emails, and correspondence.
- Source and purchase gifts for customers and staff.
- Manage CSR actions for UK Head Office.
- Proof and order business cards.
- Check invoices prior to approval.
- Reconcile expenses.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and dnata Accounts to resolve accounting queries.
- Organise and raise purchase orders for Management teams.
- Raise CAFM requests for facility issues within UK Head Office and follow through to resolution.
- Manage stock and sourcing of consumables within UK Head Office.
- Undertake other duties as required by management, consistent with the grade of the post.

- Excellent IT skills, including Word and Excel.

- Knowledge of procurement processes and procedures.
- Understanding of finance and accounts procedures.
- Customer and supplier contacts management.
- Familiarity with company IT systems and structure.
Hours of Work
30 hours per week.
