Job description

Are you passionate about operational excellence and making a real impact?

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Management Support Officer to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll support our management team by enhancing operational efficiency, streamlining processes, and ensuring a safe, well-functioning workplace.

What You'll Do

  • Support consistent and effective staff management practices
  • Maintain operational facility services and ensure a safe work environment
  • Assist with overtime and recruitment
  • Prepare documents and take notes for management meetings
  • Conduct office audits to ensure compliance
  • Manage uniforms, PPE, stationery, and consumables
  • Oversee first aid kits, drug/alcohol testing kits, and vending machines
  • Coordinate repairs for furniture, white goods, and environmental systems
  • Handle requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices in line with dnata processes
  • Monthly performance presentations for customer airlines.
  • Recruitment and interviewing support.
  • Provide stats and presentations required by the Terminal Business Managers
  • Minutes taking / staff / union meetings /
  • Take on additional duties as needed to support the team
  • Champion dnata's Vision, Mission, and Values in everything you do

What You Bring

  • Strong understanding of business operations and efficiency
  • Budgeting knowledge and experience in fast-paced environments
  • Familiarity with airport and security procedures
  • Confident IT skills and ability to learn new systems
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities
  • Knowledge of dnata and HAL Health & Safety standards is a plus
