Job summary

schuh is seeking a Deputy Manager for the Glasgow Silverburn store. This role is a 37.5 hour week across 5 out of 7 days, demanding leadership to coach and develop the team and drive exceptional customer service.

You will recruit, train and motivate staff, set goals, and manage KPIs while promoting our brand and creating engaging store displays within guidelines.
