Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in technology consulting, IT strategy, or digital transformation roles.
• Familiarity with cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, and enterprise software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with project management methodologies is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a hybrid environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results under pressure.

• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build client capabilities in new technologies.
• Analyze data to measure the impact of technology solutions and report on key performance indicators.
• Collaborate closely with client IT departments and business stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
• Stay current with emerging technology trends and industry best practices.
