Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Management Consultant with a strong technology and digital transformation background. This hybrid role is based in Randburg, Gauteng, ZA, offering remote flexibility with in-office collaboration.

You will advise clients on technology strategies, guide digital transformations, and help adopt innovative solutions to boost business performance. Strong IT landscape knowledge and change management passion are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in technology consulting, IT strategy, or digital transformation roles.
• Familiarity with cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, and enterprise software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with project management methodologies is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a hybrid environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' current technology infrastructure and digital maturity to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and recommend technology strategies and digital transformation roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Assist clients in selecting and implementing appropriate technology solutions, such as cloud migration, ERP systems, or CRM platforms.
• Manage project work streams related to technology implementation and digital change initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build client capabilities in new technologies.
• Analyze data to measure the impact of technology solutions and report on key performance indicators.
• Collaborate closely with client IT departments and business stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
• Stay current with emerging technology trends and industry best practices.
