Job summary

Butler Rose is seeking an experienced Management Accountant for an immediate start in Accrington on a temporary assignment. You will join a busy finance team and take ownership of core management accounting tasks from day one.

The role involves producing monthly management accounts, handling accruals and journals, balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis and budgeting support, with a proactive, independent working style expected in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Management Accountant
• AAT qualification (or part-qualified or ACCA/CIMA/ACA considered)
• Strong Excel and accounting systems proficiency
• Able to work independently and hit the ground running
• Immediately available or available at short notice

Are you an experienced Management Accountant who can hit the ground running? We're working with a well-established business in Accrington looking for an immediately available finance professional to join their team on a temporary basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys stepping into a busy finance function and making an immediate impact.

The Role

You'll support the finance team with a range of management accounting duties, including:

About You

• Previous experience as a Management Accountant
• AAT qualified, part-qualified or qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) considered
