Job summary

Confidential in Greater Manchester is seeking an Interim Assistant Management Accountant to join and support month-end processes. You will post accruals and prepayments, assist with budgeting, forecasts, and variance analysis, and work closely with other departments to provide financial insights.

The role is hybrid and offers a long-term temporary assignment with an hourly PAYE rate of £18–£22, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Part qualified accountant with strong Management Accounting experience.
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot tables and V-LOOK UPS).
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup.
• Immediately available or able to start their next assignment on a short notice period.
