Management Accountant

Location: Wolverhampton, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

These include HR, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, Legal, Commercial, Estates and Facilities, Core Technology, Security, IT, and Fleet. This role collaborates within a fast-paced technology organization, working closely with business and senior finance stakeholders to support financial forecasts. It involves delivering timely, accurate, and transparent financial reporting and analysis to support decision-making. The role also includes providing clear insights into actual and forecasted results for projects, assisting senior finance leaders in achieving financial targets. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with senior finance teams to provide analysis for effective decision-making.
• Assist in developing and reporting on financial forecasts, including cash, P&L, and balance sheet.
• Prepare historical analysis by project, including month-end results, KPIs, and comparisons to forecasts/budgets.
• Manage two direct reports.
• Conduct area reviews for projects, working with operations to ensure accurate contract reporting and financial scrutiny.

Key Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA part-qualified.
• Experience in a business-facing finance role.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other large ERP systems.
