Management Accountant - Coventry, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

Our Business Support teams deliver vital services to ensure the success of our business divisions, including HR, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, Legal, Estates, IT, and more. Every team member contributes to making a lasting impact by supporting critical digital infrastructures.

This role involves collaborating within a fast-paced technology organization, working closely with business and senior finance stakeholders to develop financial forecasts, deliver accurate reporting, and provide analysis to support decision-making. It is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

What you’ll do:

• Provide clear analysis to enable effective business decisions.
• Assist with developing forecasts and measure/report on progress.
• Prepare historic analysis by project, including month-end results and KPIs.
• Manage 2 direct reports.
• Conduct area reviews for projects, working with operations to ensure accurate reporting and financial scrutiny.

Who you are:

A detail-oriented, organized, customer-focused individual.

Key Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA part qualified.
• Experience in a business-facing finance role.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other ERP systems.
