Management Accountant - Telford, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

This role involves working closely with business and senior finance stakeholders to develop financial forecasts, deliver accurate reporting, and interpret financial results to support decision-making. It also includes analyzing actual and forecasted results for projects and assisting senior finance leaders in meeting financial targets. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the senior finance team to provide clear analysis for effective decision-making.
• Assist in developing forecasts, and measure and report on progress across cash, P&L, and balance sheet.
• Prepare historic analysis by project, including month-end results and KPIs.
• Manage two direct reports.
• Ensure area reviews for projects are conducted, working with operations to ensure accurate reporting and financial scrutiny.

Candidate Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA part qualified.
• Experience in a business-facing finance role.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other ERP systems.
