Management Accountant - Birmingham, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

This role involves working closely with senior finance stakeholders to support financial forecasts, delivering accurate reporting, and providing analysis of financial results to support decision-making. The position is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with the senior finance team to provide analysis to enable effective decision-making.
• Developing and reporting on financial forecasts and progress across cash, P&L, and balance sheet.
• Preparing historic analysis by project, including month-end results and KPIs.
• Managing 2 direct reports.
• Ensuring area reviews for projects are conducted, working with operations to report contracts accurately, and scrutinising financial results.

Candidate Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA part qualified.
• Experience in a business-facing finance role.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel and experience with ERP systems like Oracle or SAP.
