Management Accountant - London, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

Our Business Support teams deliver vital services to ensure the continued success of our business divisions, including HR, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, Legal and Commercial, Estates and Facilities, Core Technology, Corporate Security, IT, and Fleet. This role involves working within a fast-paced technology organization, collaborating with business and senior finance stakeholders to support financial forecasting. Responsibilities include delivering timely, accurate, and transparent financial reports, analyzing actual and forecasted results, and assisting senior finance leaders in achieving financial targets. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

What you’ll do:

1. Collaborate with senior finance team to provide clear analysis for effective decision-making.
2. Assist in developing forecasts, and measure & report on progress across cash, P&L, and balance sheet.
3. Prepare accurate historic analysis by project, including month-end results, KPIs, and comparisons to forecasts/budgets.
4. Manage 2 direct reports.
5. Conduct area reviews for projects, working with operations to ensure accurate reporting, scrutinize financial results, and challenge the business.

Who you are:

A detail-oriented, organized, customer-focused individual.

Key Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA part-qualified.
• Previous experience in a business-facing finance role.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other large ERP systems.
