Job summary

Attega Group Ltd. is seeking a Management Accountant to join the finance team. The role focuses on producing accurate monthly management accounts for the Group and its holding company, explaining performance to stakeholders and supporting informed commercial decisions.

The role leads management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, audit support and continuous improvement of finance processes and controls. It is a full-time, permanent position with standard hours.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant with a recognised UK accountancy body.
• Experience preparing monthly management accounts for group entities.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis skills.
• Excellent IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate monthly management accounts for the Group s trading entities and holding company, including profit and loss, balance sheets and supporting schedules.
• Analyse actual performance against budget, forecast and prior periods, highlighting variances, trends and risks.
• Liaise with external auditors, prepare schedules and respond to audit queries.
• Collaborate with Group Financial Controller and operational leaders to improve financial planning and cost control.
• Support month-end and peak reporting periods across the finance team.
