Job summary

Radar Healthcare, a Leeds-based health-tech company, is hiring a Management Accountant to join its Finance team. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will ensure accurate reporting, robust controls and insightful financial analysis to support decision-making.

Key duties include owning month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and revenue recognition in line with IFRS 15, with opportunities to influence process improvements and controls across the business.

Qualifications

• Strong experience managing month-end close activities.
• Solid balance sheet reconciliation experience.
• Good understanding of management accounting principles.
• Experience supporting audit processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of month-end close processes.
• Prepare journals, accruals and prepayments.
• Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Perform variance analysis with meaningful commentary.
• Support IFRS 15 revenue recognition and contract accounting.
