Job summary

Radar Healthcare is recruiting a Management Accountant to join our Finance team in the UK. You will report to the Financial Controller and help deliver accurate month-end close, robust balance sheet reconciliations, and insightful financial analysis. The role supports IFRS 15 revenue recognition, internal controls, and audit readiness.

A hybrid approach is offered with Leeds office access. You will collaborate with Commercial and Finance teams to ensure compliant contract accounting, robust

Qualifications

• Strong experience managing month-end close activities.
• Solid balance sheet reconciliation experience.
• Good understanding of management accounting principles.
• Experience supporting audit processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of month-end close activities and related reporting.
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Support revenue recognition in line with IFRS 15 and related schedules.
• Strengthen financial controls and assist with audits and reconciliations.
• Assist with VAT, payroll journals and payment processing.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and assist business projects as required.
