• Take ownership by ensuring all postings are correct and reports are delivered in a timely manner for effective cost management.
• Produce comprehensive commentary on performance against budget and forecast, providing clarity on variances and actionable recommendations.
• Monitor ongoing performance against budget, proactively highlighting risks and opportunities to support informed business decisions.
• Analyse performance, margins, sales trends, and costs to identify areas for improvement and inform commercial strategies.
• Support pricing, promotional, and product range decisions with clear financial analysis that enables data‑driven choices.
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations while maintaining strong financial controls across all retail operations.
