MCFT Gulf in Maidenhead is seeking a detail-oriented Management Accountant to join our growing finance team. This office-based role delivers month-end, reporting, budgeting and forecasting, providing insight to support decision-making and strengthen financial controls.

Working with the Deputy Financial Controllers and operational managers, you will produce robust management information, analyse trends, and drive improvements across UK and overseas businesses.

Responsabilidades

• Post month-end journals (prepayments, accruals, depreciation and adjustments).
• Produce monthly P&L by department.
• Assist reconciliations of balance sheet accounts and prepare schedules.
• Prepare monthly management reporting pack for small group entity.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Reconcile Internal ERP with Sage Intacct reporting package and provide financial analysis.

Management Accountant - office-based (Maidenhead) - £50k-£55k + Benefits

We're well established - but still incredibly ambitious. As we grow, we're looking for a detailed-orientated, proactive and adaptive management accountant. They will play a key role in supporting the financial management and performance of the business by delivering accurate and timely management information, financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting. The role will provide meaningful financial insight to support decision-making, improve business performance and maintain strong financial controls.

Working closely with the Deputy Financial Controllers, Operational managers and the wider finance team, the Management Accountant will ensure the integrity of financial reporting, identify trends and variances, and contribute to continuous improvement across finance processes both within the UK and across our overseas businesses.

This is an office-based role - we operate from a great facility out at Maidenhead Office Park on the A4. We are a successful business, with a growing team and a huge focus (multi-award-winning) on people and the next generation.

What You'll Bring

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Posting month end journals including prepayments, accruals, depreciation and other adjustments.
• Producing monthly profit and loss accounts for departments
• Assisting with reconciliations of balance sheet accounts and preparation of supporting schedules
• Transactional posting and prep of monthly management reporting pack for a small group entity
• Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
• Assisting with reconciliations between the Internal ERP system and Internal financial reporting package (Sage Intacct)
• Helping provide financial analysis to support commercial and operational decision-making

Qualifications

• Part-qualified or qualified in ACCA, CIMA or ACA, or equivalent relevant experience.
• A degree or qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline is desirable but not essential where relevant experience is demonstrated.

Desirable

• Experience working with Sage Intacct
• Experience working with Power BI or other business intelligence tools
• Experience in a multi-departmental or multi-site business
• Experience in commercial analysis, cost control or business partnering
• Knowledge of process automation and advanced Excel techniques
