Job summary

We Do Group in Maidenhead is seeking an ambitious Management Accountant on a growth trajectory. You will support month-end and management reporting, own balance sheet reconciliations, and work closely with operations to understand performance.

The role offers full study support for ACCA or CIMA, broad exposure to commercial finance, data analysis and process improvement, with coaching to progress within a fast-paced international business.

Qualifications

We Do Group are partnering with a growing global FMCG business to recruit an ambitious Management Accountant into its Maidenhead finance team.

This is an excellent development opportunity for someone studying ACCA or CIMA who wants to accelerate their career within a fast-paced, international business.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You’ll probably already be working as an Assistant Management Accountant, Management Accountant or similar and be looking for a role that can give you greater exposure and a genuine route to develop.

Ideally, you’ll have:

• Part-qualified or actively studying ACCA or CIMA
• Good management accounting and month-end experience
• Experience with balance sheet reconciliations, accruals and prepayments
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Confidence working with large volumes of data
• A proactive approach and willingness to challenge existing processes
• The confidence to build relationships across a business
• Genuine ambition to qualify and keep progressing
