The role supports the Head of Finance with financial reporting, business performance and strategic decision-making, offering broad exposure beyond month-end and interaction with operations and leadership teams.

• Producing monthly management accounts.
• Preparing profit and loss, balance sheet and cashflow reports.
• Delivering detailed variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.
• Managing balance sheet reconciliations and financial controls.
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting and cashflow planning.
• Producing financial and operational KPI reporting.
• Supporting audit and year-end processes.
• Monitoring overhead costs and supporting business performance reviews.
• Providing financial analysis to operational and leadership teams.
• Supporting process improvements and finance best practice.
• Deputising for senior finance leadership when required.

We're recruiting a Management Accountant to join an established and growing organisation in Keighley, supporting the Head of Finance across financial reporting, business performance and strategic decision-making.

This is a varied role offering exposure well beyond month-end reporting. You'll work closely with colleagues across finance, operations and leadership teams, helping to drive financial performance and support future growth.

The Role

As Management Accountant, you will play a key role in maintaining financial control, delivering accurate reporting and providing valuable insight to support decision-making.

Responsibilities include:

• Producing monthly management accounts
• Preparing profit and loss, balance sheet and cashflow reports
• Delivering detailed variance analysis against budgets and forecasts

About You

We would be interested in speaking with candidates who have experience in a Management Accountant, Finance Manager, Financial Accountant or similar role.

You will ideally have:

• Experience producing management accounts
• Strong balance sheet reconciliation experience
• Budgeting and forecasting knowledge
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience within manufacturing, food production, FMCG or a similar commercial environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
