Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Management Accountant for a Goole-based manufacturing business. The role focuses on producing monthly management accounts, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and providing commercial insight to senior management.

You will work with operational teams to improve performance, assist with year-end processes, and help maintain robust financial controls. The salary range is £45,000 - £50,000 plus progression and company benefits.

Are you a Management Accountant or similar looking to join a well-established manufacturing business where you can play a key role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making? With continued investment and growth, the business is looking to strengthen its finance team with a Management Accountant who can provide accurate financial reporting and commercial insight to support the company's ongoing success.

This varied role will see you producing monthly management accounts, supporting budgeting and forecasting, analysing financial performance, monitoring costs and working closely with operational teams to improve business performance. You will also assist with year-end processes; ensure financial controls are maintained and provide valuable insight to senior management.

The Role:

• Producing monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management

• Monday - Friday, office-based (9 am-5 pm)

The Person:

• Management Accountant or similar
• Background in a manufacturing environment or similar
• Commutable to Goole
