Job summary

Pratap Partnership seeks a commercially-minded Management Accountant to join a growing£10m turnover manufacturing business. You will work closely with the Finance Director, producing accurate management accounts and insightful analysis to drive operational and strategic decisions.

The role includes budgets, forecasts, cash flow reporting, stock accounting and cost standardisation, with involvement in major projects including AI. Hybrid working and clear career progression are on offer.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant with experience of preparing management accounts.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Manufacturing experience is desirable or open to moving into the sector.
• Proactive approach with a desire to improve processes and add value.

Responsibilities

• Preparing monthly management accounts
• Producing budgets, forecasts and cash flow reporting
• Delivering meaningful sales and financial analysis
• Supporting stock accounting and standard costing
• Assisting with statutory accounts and the annual audit
• Identifying opportunities to improve systems, reporting and business processes
• Working closely with operational teams to provide financial support on business improvement projects

This company is a £10m turnover manufacturing business and they are looking for a commercially minded Management Accountant to work closely with the Finance Director helping to drive improvements across the finance function while supporting business decisions with high quality financial insight.
