Qualifications

• Financial Reporting - prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports, statements and reconciliations, including balance sheet, profit and loss accounts, budgets, cash flows, variance analysis and commentaries, forecasting
• Financial Analysis - analyse financial data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management
• Performance Reporting - create and present comprehensive management reports that highlight business performance and emerging trends
• Risk Management - improve and implement risk management and internal controls and processes
• Cost Management - analyse costs and recommend improvements to enhance profitability
• Statutory Reporting - prepare statutory financial statements in collaboration with external financial accountants
• Team Supervision - supervise and mentor the internal accounting team
• Compliance and Controls - ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal controls and policies
