Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Management Accountant for a 9-month Fixed Term Contract in Ipswich, United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will assist in accurate management accounts, support financial planning, and improve reporting efficiency. Key requirements include being AAT qualified, having previous management accounts experience, and strong analytical skills, particularly with Excel. The pay range for this position is between £45,000 and £55,000 per annum.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering timely and accurate management accounts.

• Assist in year-end statutory audit preparations.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.
• Manage core system interfaces into the General Ledger.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.

As a Management Accountant, you will play a key role within the finance team, bringing strong experience across both transactional finance and month-end accounting.
