Job summary

Marks Sattin Ltd on behalf of a well-established business is seeking a Management Accountant on a fixed-term contract to support the finance function. The role offers hybrid working (3 days in the office) with an immediate start, and exposure to management accounts, forecasting, cash flow reporting, and business partnering with operations.

You will report to the Finance Director, handle month-end processes, balance sheet reconciliations, VAT, intercompany activity and drive financial controls

Qualifications

• Experience in management accounting and month-end reporting.
• Strong reconciliation, forecasting and financial analysis skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Confident communicator who can engage non-finance stakeholders.
• Experience in manufacturing, construction, engineering, or project-based environments is advantageous.

Management Accountant (Fixed Term Contract)

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established business for a Management Accountant to support the finance function during an exciting period.

Reporting to the Finance Director, you'll be responsible for producing management accounts, forecasts, cash flow reporting, financial analysis, and supporting month-end processes. This role offers a blend of hands‑on finance activities alongside business partnering with operational and commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management accounts and variance analysis

Requirements:
