Job summary

Chase & Holland are partnering with an innovative and rapidly growing technology business in East Yorkshire to recruit a Management Accountant. You will join the finance team and support financial performance and wider business growth.

The role requires ACA/ACCA/CIMA progression or qualification, strong management accounting experience, and excellent Excel and accounting software skills to partner with operational managers and support budgeting, forecasting, and year-end reporting.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified or at a later stage of ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
• Strong Management Accounting experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and accounting software experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Strong commercial awareness.
• Confidence working with non-financial stakeholders and senior colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Preparing monthly management accounts and KPI reports.
• Producing weekly reports, including flash results and cash flow forecasts.
• Preparing group and annual reporting.
• Business partnering with the Operational Managers.
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Liaising with external auditors.
• Supporting the Finance Director with ad-hoc projects and process improvements.
• Overseeing stock control and stocktakes.
• Coordinating with customers and suppliers.
• Assisting with ISO27001 compliance.
• Supporting the wider Finance team and other departments as required.
