Job summary

Randstad CPE is working with a Tier 1 contractor near Reading to recruit a Building Services/Technical Manager. You will take full responsibility for services packages across multiple schemes, guiding feasibility, programme times and buildability with the bid, design and commercial teams.

On contract award, you will lead on-site delivery, manage subcontractors through install, commissioning and handover, and adapt a hybrid working pattern including office, project sites or home as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience of managing mechanical and electrical services packages across schemes.
• Knowledge of preconstruction and delivery processes in construction projects.
• Ability to collaborate with bid/estimating, design and commercial teams to set best-practice, pricing and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee services packages on site and manage subcontractors through install, commissioning and handover.
• Lead feasibility studies, programme times and buildability with preconstruction teams.
• Coordinate with design and commercial teams to establish best practices and procedures.
