Job summary

SeeAbility is seeking a Waking Night Support Worker for our Waterlooville-based supported living home. You will help with daily routines, provide practical support, and build trusted relationships with the people we support to enable them to live the lives they choose.

This role offers guaranteed hours, paid training and career development, a supportive team, and Stream pay access when you need it. Applicants must have the right to live and work in the UK and be able to speak clearly in English.

Waking Night Support Worker – Make Every Day Matter

Location: Clanfield, Waterlooville

Salary: £13.09 per hour (£13,613.60 per annum) plus benefits

Hours: 22 hours per week

Driving Licence: Beneficial but not essential

InWaterlooville,our supported living home features two self-contained flats. We support a young man in his 20s. We are a very active team and enjoy most sports including swimming, bike riding, badminton, football, basketball and even climbing. The person we support has autism, learning disability, ADHD and epilepsy, therefore you have to be confident, emotionally resilient and have strong personality.
