Job summary

We are looking for an outstanding Male Bank Support Worker with a passion for delivering excellent care. You'll have the opportunity to work bank shifts at Chaseways .

Due to the genuine occupational needs, and the demands of the service we are only able to accept Male applicants for this role.

Located in the heart of the community in Sawbridgeworth, Chaseways is a residential service providing outcome focused care for adults with moderate / severe learning disabilities, who may have associated complex needs. Person-centred planning is at the heart of everything we do and we are able to meet the changing needs of people as they progress through their care pathway, while ensuring their safety is maintained and their independence supported.

Your day-to-day...
