Job summary

MCC Label in Daventry, Northamptonshire, is looking for a SMED Operative to join our manufacturing team. You will execute fast press changeovers to hit SMED targets, work safely and support Lean improvements.

The role requires experience in printing or manufacturing, strong attention to detail, and a team-first mindset. We offer a 6-week training programme, 24 days holiday plus bank holidays, and competitive pay.

• Accurate information loading and analysis of Radius is key.
• Support timely, cost-effective delivery of the print plan.
• Support initiatives to reduce changeover times.

Reports To: Shift Manager
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Shift Pattern: Double Days – 06:00-13:45 – 13:30-21:15 rotating
Salary: £25,700
