Job summary

MCC Label in Daventry is seeking an SMED (Single-Minute Exchange of Die) Operative for a full-time, permanent role. You will work a rotating double-day shift (06:00-13:45 and 13:30-21:15) and earn £25,700 per year.

The job focuses on efficient press changeovers, safe operations, and Lean improvements in SMED and yield. Responsibilities include loading accurate information and analyzing Radius, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of the print plan, and supporting changeover-reduction

• Support timely, cost-effective delivery of the print plan.
• Support initiatives to reduce changeover times.
