Job summary

Bilfinger UK is seeking a Major Events SIPs Lead to plan, coordinate and monitor scaffold, insulation and painting activities during TAR events at UK sites. The role ensures safety, quality and on-time delivery, acting as the primary interface between Bilfinger supervisors and client ME planners.

You will develop SIP estimates and work plans, manage multiple contractors, oversee progress tracking and reporting, and support post-event lessons learned.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial TARs focusing on scaffolding, insulation, and painting.
• Knowledge of SIP methods, materials, and standards (ICORR, NACE, ISO, OSHA).
• Understanding of HSE practices and regulatory TAR/site compliance.
• Experience managing multiple contractors in turnaround environments.
• Familiarity with Primavera, MS Project, and Excel for daily reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate SIP activities across Major Events lifecycle from scope to close-out.
• Develop SIP estimates, work plans, schedules, and material forecasts.
• Interface with contractors to ensure safe and efficient work per standards.
• Plan and execute scaffold access for turnaround workfaces.
• Track daily progress, costs, and productivity of SIP work.
• Prepare daily and weekly SIP progress reports and issues.
