Bilfinger UK is seeking a SIPs Coordinator to join the Puma Project in Hull. Role focuses on planning SIPs activities, coordinating with project managers, site supervision, and the Temporary Works Coordinator to ensure safe, compliant execution on schedule.

NAECI rates apply with accommodation provisions. Typical week is 45 hours Mon–Fri, with occasional weekend work; strong interpersonal skills and self-motivation are essential for success on a large multi-discipline team.

• Identify planned SIPs work in good time.
• Collaborate with project/construction managers, engineers and site supervision to plan SIPs activities.
• Coordinate with Temporary Works Coordinator to identify requirements.
• Ensure SIPs activities comply with standards, regulations and project specs.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and keep records up to date.

Bilfinger UK are looking for an SIPs Coordinator to join us on the Puma Project in Hull.

• NAECI rates applicable
• NAECI accommodation rates apply
• 45 hours Mon - Friday with occasional weekend working

Role requirements:

• Identify any planned work requiring SIPs activities are identified in good time
• Collaborate with project / construction managers, engineers, and site supervision to plan and schedule the SIPs activities in time to allow the works to be executed as planned
• Collaborate with the Temporary Works Coordinator to identify any requirements
• Liaise with the Temporary Works Coordinator to ensure designs are suitable and sufficient and fit for use
• Ensure all SIPs activities comply with relevant standards, regulations and project specifications
• Identify potential risks and issues associated with SIPs activities, and proactively address them to avoid delays or safety concerns
• Communicate with other departments to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on project timelines, scope, and deliverables
• Ensure that the Planners / Completions Engineer / Superintendents are kept informed of progress and any issues as appropriate
• Ensure all relevant documentation is kept up to date
• Attend Daily Coordination meetings and any other meetings as required
• Submit regular progress reports to the Project Director / Construction Manager
• Good interpersonal skills required as part of a large project team
• Self motivated to achieve client deadlines
