Job summary

Bilfinger UK is seeking an SIPs Coordinator to join the Puma Project in Hull. You will identify SIPs activities, coordinate with project managers, engineers and site supervision to plan and schedule works to be executed on time.

The role requires close collaboration with the Temporary Works Coordinator, ensuring designs are fit for use, and that all SIPs activities comply with standards and project specs. You will attend daily coordination meetings and report progress to the Project Director.

• Collaborate with project and construction managers to plan SIPs activities.

• Ensure SIPs activities comply with standards and project specs.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and attend daily coordination meetings.

Bilfinger UK are looking for an SIPs Coordinator to join us on the Puma Project in Hull

• Start date asap
• Duration until 31st Dec 27
• NAECI rates applicable
• NAECI accommodation rates apply
• 45 hours Mon - Friday with occasional weekend working

Role requirements:

• Identify any planned work requiring SIPs activities are identified in good time
• Collaborate with project / construction managers, engineers, and site supervision to plan and schedule the SIPs activities in time to allow the works to be executed as planned
• Collaborate with the Temporary Works Coordinator to identify any requirements
• Liaise with the Temporary Works Coordinator to ensure designs are suitable and sufficient and fit for use
• Ensure all SIPs activities comply with relevant standards, regulations and project specifications
• Identify potential risks and issues associated with SIPs activities, and proactively address them to avoid delays or safety concerns
• Communicate with other departments to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on project timelines, scope, and deliverables
• Ensure that the Planners / Completions Engineer / Superintendents are kept informed of progress and any issues as appropriate
• Ensure all relevant documentation is kept up to date
• Attend Daily Coordination meetings and any other meetings as required
• Submit regular progress reports to the Project Director / Construction Manager
• Good communication skills required
• Good interpersonal skills required as part of a large project team
• Suitable IT skills – MS Office, Navis Works 2024
• Self motivated to achieve client deadlines
