Job summary

Bilfinger UK is seeking an SIPs Coordinator to join the Puma Project in Hull. You will identify SIPs activities, coordinate with project managers, engineers and site supervision to plan and schedule works to be executed on time.

The role requires close collaboration with the Temporary Works Coordinator, ensuring designs are fit for use, and that all SIPs activities comply with standards and project specs. You will attend daily coordination meetings and report progress to the Project Director.

Qualifications

• Identify planned SIPs work in time for scheduling.
• Collaborate with project and construction managers to plan SIPs activities.
• Coordinate with Temporary Works Coordinator for requirements.
• Ensure SIPs activities comply with standards and project specs.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and attend daily coordination meetings.

Responsibilities

• Identify planned SIPs activities and schedule to meet project timelines.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers and site supervision.
• Liaise with Temporary Works Coordinator to ensure designs are fit for use.
• Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Submit progress reports to Project Director / Construction Manager.
• Attend daily coordination meetings and other required meetings.
